WHERE ARE YOU BASED OUT OF?

I am based out of Edmond, OK but my studio is located in the Plaza District of Oklahoma City.

 

DO YOU TRAVEL FOR WEDDINGS?

Yes! I have traveled all over the state of Oklahoma and anticipate some out of state weddings next year in Texas and Louisiana!

DO YOU EDIT ALL OF THE PHOTOS WE RECEIVE?

Yes! I will cull through anything unflattering, and then the editing beings. I'm a perfectionist when it comes to nailing color and exposure. And don't worry about photobombs, pimples, stains, wrinkles, or stray hairs - I'll take care of them.

DO YOU PROVIDE A PRINT RELEASE?

Absolutely. Investment options have digital packages available which will include a print release and recommended labs.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR THE FINAL PRODUCT TO BE DELIVERED?

I work very hard for each image to be perfect. To accomplish this, it takes anywhere from 5 to 20 minutes to edit one image... This is not a "one click" process, but rather a form of digital art. Portrait sessions can expect their galleries to be provided within 2 weeks, while weddings can expect 1-2 months. Product (USB's, Albums, Canvas, Prints, Etc.) can be expected to take 3-4 weeks.

Rush shipping is available at an additional cost. Please take note that if you own a print release, you may download your high resolutions at any time when choosing a package that includes digital images.

DO YOU OFFER PRINTS OR ALBUMS?

Yes! I provide prints of all sizes from my professional print lab, and I have to say, they're gorgeous. I strongly encourage my clients to print their images; there's just something magical about seeing a physical photograph. Having your images last a lifetime on paper is a special thing. Albums too! If you pick a wedding package that includes an album, I curate the images that tell your story the best and have them printed into a hardcover high-quality photo book.

WHAT'S THE NEXT STEP? HOW DO WE BOOK AND PAY?

Wedding: I'll get in touch with you as soon as I can, and we can set up a time to grab some coffee, sit down, and talk nitty gritty wedding details. I want to hear all about you and the images you want captured! There are a million wedding photographers out there and while I’m delighted my work has caught your eye, I want you to feel like you can trust me to tell your story before you put down a deposit. If I sound like the wedding photographer for you, I require a $150.00 deposit and a signed contract. I send an invoice by email that allows you to pay by debit or credit card, and a digital contract you can sign and print out.

After a deposit is placed, the remainder of your package total is due two weeks before your wedding date, or we can set up monthly payments.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD WE BOOK?

Weddings are typically booked 12-24 months in advance, and portrait sessions 2-4 months. Don't wait until last minute! My availability is limited.

WHAT EQUIPMENT DO YOU USE?

Canon 5d Mark iii and Canon 6D along with a plethora of lenses! My favorites being my 135mm f2 L and 35mm f1.4 L!


HOW MUCH TIME DO YOU TYPICALLY NEED FOR PORTRAITS BEFORE THE CEREMONY?

I prefer that wedding parties are ready for photos about 2 hours before the start of the ceremony. This ensures that we shoot great photos without feeling super rushed for time. This also gives you space to relax after these photos and freshen up before your ceremony. It's a win/win! If you're not opting for a first look, then I prefer two hours before your reception.


WHAT IF WE WANT A SECOND SHOOTER?

No problem! I offer packages that include an additional photographer.


WHAT IF IT RAINS?

For regular portrait sessions, we can reschedule. For weddings, the show must go on! It's been done before and I it can be done again. PORTRAIT SESSIONS I will always request to reschedule if the wind is greater than 10 MPH. The wind can ruin a perfect portrait session!
